Well, we’ve gone over so much these past 30 Days. We’ve talked less is more, we’ve talked limits, sacrifices, excuses (good & bad) we’ve talked hedonic adaptation, and a bunch of strategies ... it's a lot to digest. And there is more to come in season 2 of our regular programming.

Being healthy and happy and fit can definitely be vanity but it can also be utility. Fitness can have a purpose larger than ourselves. If we learn to love ourselves first, we can love others in the way they need best. That sums up the purpose of our programming.
