What is Your Why?

Once you know yours, you can connect the dots of what you do now to see if there is a match. Hopefully, you'll find that when you are motivated by your fundamental WHY, you have greater clarity to see the larger picture. With this energy, you'll also find more resilience against hardships or circumstances that don't initially go your way.

Writing down your WHY will take some time, so think on it. What matters most to you? Look at these "Why Statements" from Simon’s staff:

  • To take what is and make it even better so that others have the freedom to do the things that inspire them.

  • To elevate what's possible, so that together we can create opportunities that have the greatest impact.

  • To execute on the unique things that help others feel loved, safe, and supported.

  • To create a safe space so that others can find their authentic voice.

  • To engage people in meaningful ways so that we connect with depth and live in a more fulfilled world.

What is My Why?

To equip men and women with the skills to love and care for themselves first, in order to love and care for others best.
